Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. PRINTIVIRA does not store your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is detected.

PRINTIVIRA sells digital products only.

No physical products will be shipped.

After successful payment, your purchased digital files will be made available for download via the email address provided during checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is accurate.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our published Refund Policy, which also covers cancellation of an order that has not yet been downloaded.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a product from PRINTIVIRA grants you a non-exclusive, transferable license to the digital files, including per-file resale rights.

You MAY:

• Print physical copies of the models for yourself, as gifts, or to sell.

• Resell individual files separately to your own customers.

• Modify the files and use them in your own products and services.

You may NOT:

• Repackage or resell the full collection or archive as a single bundle or combined product.

• Resell multiple files grouped together as one repackaged archive.

• Claim ownership of PRINTIVIRA's brand, website content, images, logos or product previews - these are excluded from the license.

• Use the files in any unlawful manner.

The resale license covers the digital files you purchased. PRINTIVIRA's website content, branding, images, logos and product previews remain the exclusive property of PRINTIVIRA.

PRINTIVIRA's website design, text, images, logos, product previews and branding are the exclusive property of PRINTIVIRA and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution or commercial exploitation of the website content is strictly prohibited.

This restriction does not apply to the purchased digital 3D files, which are licensed to you with per-file resale rights as described in Section 5.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

• Upload malicious software or harmful code.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Violate any applicable laws while using our services.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of our digital products, we do not guarantee that our website or files will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every software, printer, or hardware configuration.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before making a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRINTIVIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our products.

• Download failures caused by customer devices or internet connections.

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

• Data loss or business interruption.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
