Question 1

How do I receive the files after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is fully digital and instant. The moment your payment is confirmed, you get secure download links on screen and by email. No shipping, no waiting.

Question 2

Is the download instant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Download links appear the moment your payment is confirmed and are also sent to the email you used at checkout.

Question 3

What format are the 3D files in?

Accepted Answer

All models are delivered as STL files - the standard format accepted by resin and FDM slicers such as Lychee, Chitubox, PrusaSlicer and Cura.

Question 4

Which 3D printers are compatible?

Accepted Answer

STL files work with any resin (LCD, Mono, DLP) or FDM printer. Orient and support the models in your slicer according to your printer and material settings.

Question 5

Are the models ready to 3D print?

Accepted Answer

Files come clean, organized and correctly scaled. Some are pre-oriented and supported. We recommend preparing each model in your slicer for your specific printer and material. Supported or pre-oriented versions are included where available.

Question 6

Do I need to download everything at once?

Accepted Answer

No. You do not need to download the entire archive at once. Download only the folders or categories you need, whenever you need them.

Question 7

How much storage do I need?

Accepted Answer

The full collection is 1000GB+, so we recommend a dedicated drive with at least 1 TB of free space. Partial downloads are perfectly fine.

Question 8

Is this a one-time payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pay once ($19.99) and get lifetime access. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.

Question 9

How many models are included?

Accepted Answer

500+ print-ready STL models across 20+ categories. The same numbers appear throughout the site and product listings.

Question 10

Can I use these models for commercial purposes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Per-file resale license included. You may resell individual files separately, but you may not repackage, redistribute or resell the complete collection or archive as a single bundle. See our Terms for full details.

Question 11

What if I have trouble downloading?

Accepted Answer

Contact support at support@printivira.com and we'll send you fresh, working replacement links. Download issues are rare and always resolved quickly.

Question 12

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Because this is a digital product that is instantly accessible, all sales are final once downloaded. If a download link is broken and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
